With close to twenty years in the public practice industry, Jess holds a prominent role as one of the Partners. She finds fulfillment in cultivating strong client connections and takes pleasure in witnessing her clients' achievements.

Outside of work, Jess can be found tending to her garden or enjoying time with her husband and two daughters. She actively participates in winter hockey with Charlton Hockey Club and seeks out beaches during the summer months.
